You pay today. We assemble your box, load the Growatt firmware for your model, test it, and ship it on 10 November 2026 with a tracking link.

Before you order
Do I have to remove the ShineWiFi stick?
No. The stick and the box use different ports. You can keep both, or remove the stick later if you no longer need it.
Does it work on three-phase Growatt inverters?
Yes, on the SPH TL3 and MOD TL3-XH ranges. Tell us the exact model when you order so we prepare the right register map.
When will I receive it?
Pre-orders ship on 10 November 2026. Delivery then takes 2 to 10 days depending on the country; you receive the tracking link by e-mail the day it leaves.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, at any time before dispatch, for any reason: reply to your confirmation e-mail or use the online form. You get 100% back, shipping included.
What if my inverter is not supported?
Return the box within 30 days of delivery: we refund it in full and pay the return shipping.
Is payment secure?
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers, and your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.
Do I pay customs duties?
Not within the European Union. Elsewhere (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States…), import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.
